For quite some time I have been pondering what to write about. So I thought I’d write about my next workout trip. January 5th, 2015, I embarked on a fresh exercise routine that can last for 60 days. An application that I believe will need me to a new level of fitness I’ve been looking for for months.
Not, which I haven’t enjoyed the rest of the programs I’ve done because I completely have. It’s just I’m a cardio female at heart so when it was announced that Shaun T would come out with Insanity Max 30 I HAD to jump on the table. I’ve done 2 other workout programs of Shaun T, the initial Insanity, and T25, I have seen great results with them, t25 especially. On Monday January 5th, 2015 I weighed myself therefore I knew where I was beginning with with this program. I understood that during the last several months I had formed to put on a few pounds probably. I had been still exercising but not focusing completely on my eating. Plenty of stress going on in my life due to my job and I unfortunately stress eat.

I didn’t sit down and eat an entire bag of chips or anything like that. But it was my snacking and portion sizes. I snacked on things that are not healthy and my portion sizes increased. I understood in my mind what was going on but it was getting my brain to trust my own body and the two were not viewing eye to vision.
When I weighed in on the 5th, I weighed in at 139.6. YES I am placing that out there. Even someone who is not active can lose weight if they change their eating habits to healthier choices and smaller food portion sizes. The exercise is the added reward because now you’re working on helping your center, and other organs, as well as sense so far better and having a great deal of energy just.
And exercise does not have to specifically be home workout programs but it could be just a daily walk, a bicycle ride, a jog, lifting some weights, anything to get your body moving and feeling better just. I know you might be thinking why is she so focused on her weight?
I know what my healthy weight is and it’s not about being thin or looking good in clothes. It’s about being healthy and being fit for myself as well as for my children so that I will be around to them for years to come. As long as I exercise and eat right I know Personally I think better, I act better, it helps decrease the stress and it gives me a great feeling when I’m done.
